How Superbuy Spreadsheets Work

A rep spreadsheet for Superbuy is a curated community document that aggregates product links, quality tier ratings, and seller recommendations for items available through the platform. The spreadsheet format emerged as a practical solution to the information asymmetry problem in rep buying: without community-verified data, buyers face significant uncertainty about which sellers produce the best quality for each item.

The typical spreadsheet entry includes a product link in Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 format, a quality tier rating (B1, B2, B3 or numerical 1–10 scale), an approximate price range, notes on known quality issues, and sometimes links to community in-hand posts for that specific batch. Reading these entries correctly — understanding what the ratings mean and how current the data is — is more important than just following links blindly.

This site supplements community spreadsheets with research infrastructure: the fee calculator helps you model total cost before committing, the agent comparison helps you choose the best platform for your haul, and the QC checklist helps you evaluate photos after ordering. Community spreadsheets provide the product links; our tools handle the operational decision-making that surrounds those purchases.

Reading Quality Tier Ratings

Quality tier notation varies between spreadsheets, but the B-tier system is the most common in English-language communities. B1 represents standard quality — accurate enough for daily wear, priced accessibly. B2 represents mid-tier quality with closer attention to material and construction accuracy. B3 represents the best available batch for a given item, commanding higher prices and typically the choice when accuracy matters most.

Numerical ratings (7/10, 8.5/10) are subjective community scores. The key consideration with numerical ratings is the source and recency — a rating from three years ago may not reflect the current batch, and a rating from a single reviewer carries less weight than a consensus score from multiple buyers. Cross-referencing numerical ratings with recent in-hand posts gives a much more reliable quality picture than ratings alone.

FAQ
Find your item in the spreadsheet, copy the product link, paste it into Superbuy's purchase page, and select your size. The quality rating guides your batch selection. Check the last-updated date to ensure the data is current.
Community spreadsheets are updated regularly but not in real time. If a link returns an error on Superbuy, the seller may have updated their listing URL. Search the community for the most recent link for that specific item and batch.
B1 is standard quality — good for daily wear. B2 is mid-tier with closer material and construction accuracy. B3 is the best available batch. Higher batch tiers cost more. B1 is the standard recommendation for everyday use; B2 or B3 for items where accuracy is the priority.
